What does Helix actually do?
Helix connects TradingView alerts to risk-managed order execution on your own exchange account. Choose a preset or connect your own TradingView strategy, set your limits, then enable automation when you are ready.
Does Helix hold my funds?
No. Your funds stay in your own exchange account. Helix uses a read-and-trade API connection; withdrawal permissions are not required.
Can I use my own TradingView strategy?
Yes. You can connect your own TradingView alerts using the webhook instructions in the setup guide. Your alerts need to follow the supported message format.
Can I pause automated trading?
Yes. Use the automation controls in your dashboard to pause new execution. Review existing positions and orders separately; pausing is not the same as closing positions.
Does a subscription guarantee returns?
No. Helix is execution software, not a promise of profit. Markets can move against you and losses are possible. You choose your strategies, account settings, and risk limits.
