Terms of Service. The agreement for using Helix.

Helix does not hold, manage, control, or custody customer funds, digital assets, securities, or financial instruments.

Users retain sole ownership and control over their accounts and assets at all times.

Where automation features are used, users are solely responsible for granting permissions to third-party platforms.

Users should never provide withdrawal permissions when connecting exchange APIs.

The Services may integrate with or rely upon third-party providers, exchanges, brokers, payment processors, cloud providers, communication platforms, and other services.

Helix is not responsible for the availability, performance, security, actions, or omissions of any third party.
