3. Subscription Fees

Users are responsible for cancelling subscriptions before the next billing cycle if they do not wish to continue using the Services.
Failure to cancel prior to renewal does not automatically entitle the user to a refund.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension or permanent termination of access to the Services.
Helix reserves the right to provide relevant records and evidence to payment processors and financial institutions in connection with disputed transactions.
6. Service Modifications
Helix reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features, products, tools, or Services at any time.
Such changes shall not automatically entitle users to refunds.
