Privacy Policy. What we collect, why, and your choices.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

We may collect information that you voluntarily provide, including:

• Name;
• Email address;
• Username and account information;
• Billing and payment information;
• Support requests and communications;
• Information submitted through forms, surveys, or feedback.

Information Collected Automatically

We may automatically collect certain information, including:

• IP address;
• Browser type and device information;
• Operating system;
• Usage and activity data;
• Referral information;
• Cookies and similar technologies;
• Log files and analytics information.

Strategy Automation

If you connect an exchange for strategy automation, we also collect:

• For Bybit: your Bybit UID, and the API key and secret you create for Helix;
• For Hyperliquid: your wallet address, the private key of the API wallet you create for Helix, when that API wallet expires, and when you confirmed that you are not a resident of the United States, Ontario or a sanctioned country;
• Account information reported by the exchange, such as balance, equity, margin and open positions, and the trades Helix places for you.

Copy Trading

If you use copy trading, we also collect:

• Your MT5 broker server and account (login) number;
• Your MT5 trading password, which we pass to MetaApi so that it can place copied trades in your account (see Sections 4 and 5);
• Account information reported by your broker, such as account currency, balance, equity, margin and open positions;
• The trades copied into your account, including the instrument, direction, size, price, profit or loss, time and execution delay;
• Your copy trading settings, such as your chosen risk level, and records of when you connected, paused, resumed or disconnected your account.

2. How We Use Information

We may use collected information to:

• Provide and maintain the Services;
• Authenticate users and secure accounts;
• Process subscriptions and payments;
• Deliver signals, alerts, automation, and platform functionality;
• Place and manage the trades your TradingView alerts call for on the exchange you choose, check that your exchange account was registered with Helix’s referral, and remind you before a Hyperliquid API wallet expires;
• Connect your MT5 account, copy trades into it, check that your balance can support the risk level you choose, and show you your copied trades and account figures;
• Respond to inquiries and provide customer support;
• Improve products and user experience;
• Monitor performance and prevent fraud or abuse;
• Comply with legal obligations;
• Send service-related communications and updates.

3. Cookies and Analytics

We may use cookies, analytics technologies, and similar tools to improve functionality, understand user behavior, and enhance the Services.

Users may control cookie settings through their browser preferences.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We may share information with trusted third-party providers involved in operating the Services, including:

• Payment processors;
• Cloud infrastructure providers;
• Analytics providers;
• Email and communication platforms;
• Authentication providers;
• Customer support systems;
• Telegram, Discord, and similar community platforms;
• Bybit and Hyperliquid, if you connect them for strategy automation. Helix reads your account from them and sends them the orders your alerts call for, authenticated with the API key or API wallet you created, neither of which can withdraw funds. Trades on Hyperliquid are recorded on its public blockchain together with your wallet address;
• MetaApi (metaapi.cloud), if you use copy trading. MetaApi connects to your MT5 broker account and places copied trades. It receives your MT5 broker server, account number and trading password, together with an internal Helix user number, and reads your account and trade information;
• Other vendors and service providers necessary for delivering the Services.

Such providers may process information on our behalf and are subject to their own privacy practices and policies.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Exchange API secrets and Hyperliquid API wallet private keys are encrypted while Helix holds them.

Your MT5 trading password is encrypted while Helix holds it and is deleted from Helix once MetaApi has received it. If MetaApi rejects your login details, we keep only a one-way fingerprint of them, so that the same details are not tried again; the password cannot be recovered from it.

However, no method of transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security, and we cannot guarantee that information will always remain secure.

6. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

• Provide the Services;
• Fulfill contractual obligations;
• Resolve disputes;
• Enforce agreements;
• Comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

When you disconnect an exchange, Helix deletes the API key or API wallet key it holds for it. The trades Helix placed for you remain in your Helix account history until your Helix account is deleted.

When you disconnect copy trading, we remove your MT5 connection from Helix and instruct MetaApi to delete the account it holds for you. If copy trading stops with an error after MetaApi has received your details (for example, because your broker refused the sign-in), we pause the account MetaApi holds for you, and it is kept until you reconnect or disconnect. The history of trades copied into your account remains in your Helix account until your Helix account is deleted. Records that you connected or disconnected an MT5 account, including its server and account number, are kept in our security logs.

Information may be deleted or anonymized when no longer required.

7. International Transfers

Information may be processed, stored, or transferred to jurisdictions outside your country of residence.

If you use copy trading, MetaApi processes your MT5 account in the United Kingdom (London) or the United States (New York).

By using the Services, you acknowledge and consent to such transfers.

8. Your Rights

Subject to applicable laws, users may have the right to:

• Access their information;
• Request correction of inaccurate information;
• Request deletion of certain information;
• Object to or restrict certain processing activities;
• Withdraw consent where applicable;
• Request portability of their information.

9. Children's Privacy

The Services are intended for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age.

We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

10. Third-Party Websites

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or security of third-party services.

Users access such services at their own risk.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

Changes become effective upon publication of the revised Privacy Policy.

Continued use of the Services following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
